Our products — including online courses, webinars, downloadable materials, and subscription-based programs — are fully digital and instantly accessible worldwide. This allows our clients to start learning and improving their professional skills immediately after purchase.
Because of this instant access nature, traditional “returns” are not applicable as they would be for physical goods. However, we believe in fairness and are committed to maintaining an honest and customer-oriented refund process. Below you will find a detailed description of how refund and return requests are handled.
VetWise operates under the principle that every client should receive exactly what was promised. Before purchasing, we encourage all users to read the service descriptions carefully, review course outlines, and contact our support team for clarifications if needed. Nevertheless, we understand that certain situations may require a refund or credit adjustment.
To ensure clarity and protect both our clients and our platform, we have established the following terms:
- Refund Eligibility:
Refunds can be requested within 7 calendar days from the purchase date, provided that the client has not accessed, streamed, or downloaded the purchased material. Once digital access is granted or files are opened, the service is considered fully delivered, and a refund cannot be issued. This policy follows international standards for digital goods distribution. - Duplicate Transactions or Technical Errors:
In case of a technical malfunction, accidental double payment, or platform error that causes an incorrect charge, VetWise will investigate the issue promptly. If confirmed, a full refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method. Clients may also request that the overpaid amount be applied as credit toward future VetWise purchases if preferred. - Canceled or Unavailable Services:
Occasionally, a scheduled webinar, course, or training session may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, platform maintenance, or instructor unavailability. In such cases, VetWise will always offer two options:- Option 1: Receive a full refund for the canceled service.
- Option 2: Choose another VetWise digital product or training program of equal or greater value without additional charge.
The client can select the preferred option by contacting our support team within 10 business days of receiving notice about the cancellation.
- Partial Refunds and Subscription Adjustments:
If a client has purchased a long-term or multi-module course and only part of the content has been delivered at the time of cancellation, VetWise may approve a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally to the portion of the content accessed.
For monthly or annual subscription plans (such as Continuing Education programs), clients may cancel future renewals at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. - Service Dissatisfaction or Misunderstanding:
If a client believes that the content received significantly differs from the description provided, they are welcome to contact VetWise support for an individual review. While refunds for subjective dissatisfaction are not guaranteed, we often offer content exchange or extended access to another course as a goodwill solution. - How to Request a Refund:
To ensure accurate and timely processing, all refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@vetwise.online.
The message should include:- Full name and email used for the purchase.
- Order or transaction number.
- Date of purchase and payment confirmation.
- A brief explanation of the reason for the request.
Our team carefully reviews each case within 3–5 business days and will inform you of the decision via email.
- Processing and Payment Time:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s internal procedures. If payment was made using cryptocurrency or other non-standard methods, processing time may vary slightly, and refunds may be issued in the form of store credit or a digital voucher of equivalent value if direct return is not possible. - Non-Refundable Cases:
VetWise cannot offer refunds in the following cases:- The product has been downloaded or accessed after purchase.
- The refund request was submitted more than 7 days after the transaction.
- The issue arises from customer’s device, browser, or internet connection problems.
- The client purchased the wrong product but did not contact support before accessing the material.
